Where can you ship products?

We are currently only shipping to addresses in the state of Iowa. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days via USPS. NOTE: We are unable to ship any of our products to any addresses outside of Iowa, military addresses, US territories, or internationally.
Are your products federally legal?

Yes. Doc Green's products are developed using federally legal hemp inputs. The 2018 Farm Bill states that it is legal to produce and sell products with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, as long as it contains less than 0.3% THC by dry weight.
Does hemp derived THC hit differently from marijuana derived THC?

The hemp plant and marijuana plant are both the same species of cannabis. Under federal law, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC by weight, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC by weight. THC is a natural component of all hemp and marijuana plants and has been consumed by humans for thousands of years, whereas Delta-8, HHC, or other synthetics have only existed for a few years. Doc Green's hemp derived products are all natural with no solvents or other chemicals used in the extraction process.
